23rd May 2013 NEW A/C compressor supplied & fitted by Mark Henderson 07770 732325 £350.00 Now Ice cold as it should be ....All good! Pollen filter set bought from Audi at £41.40.....self fitted

"Free of charge warranty invoice - Checked car for fuel contaminated, traced fault to tandem pump seals leaking internally, removed and replaced tandem pump, filter, all injector seals, tank lift pump, cleaned all fuel injectors using ultrasonic bath, reassembled, add fresh fuel, tested All ok." Cost of above would have been £1500+

Got the car back from AudiTechnik today after diagnostics and was given a clean bill of health.....no issues period. After some of the discussions I had with them re recent fuel filter change, they did say there was a possibility of the tandem pump on its way out / getting weaker. Car has sat for long periods idling and being revved, also there was a fairly long & spirited test drive......I assume the mpg will be wayyyy down!!!

Air filter checked - dirty but not too bad, renewed anyway with Audi genuine filter...£24.00 Comma A/C refresh purchased....will activate later £12.99 Checked out genuine Audi MAF part number 074906461B £101 from Audi.....TO DO

Brake pads & discs done all round today by Audi Technik, also brake fluid change and coolant flush. Total £475 incl vat Thinking of looking at fuel temp sensor & MAF to try and resolve slight power loss issues. Fuel temp sensor 038906081B MAF 074906461B

Car in at Stirling Audi for servicing. Fuel filter changed after 21k miles, fuel was cotaminated slightly with oil. The glow plugs were all renewed too after 101k miles and cold start is really improved
