On January 2016 I part exchanged my Renault Laguna for the smarter, nicer and more powerful BMW 318i wagon. Simply because I was after something more stylish and that I could modify a bit.

This will continue the duty of the Laguna of pleasure car, workhorse and eyecandy as well as having some mods done to it.

I don't plan on doing too much to it, to me it's a nice looking BMW and a learning point.

Planned mods:

- Tinted windows + wind guards.

- Angel eyes + fly mesh tint on the headlights.

- New brakes.

- New alloys + tires.

- Coilover suspension.

- Cat-back exhaust system.

I retired this vehicle as after driving for a while, the engine has some knocking. Rather than drop in a replacement engine, I'll spend the money seeking a diesel engine BMW which has the torque and towing power I need for carrying equipment.
