Pretty much just a stock extended cab dually. 454 with TBI, and a NV4500 5 speed. Although the mileage is low it is a damn sight better than my old 87 R30 dually I had. it averaged only 6.25 mpg or so towin in hills.
Sold 2/16/12 truck was falling apart, had had a rough life before i bought it and I thought I would be able to fix it. Sold it to a guy that wanted to use it to just pull a camper. good luck to him. Replaced with http://www.fuelly.com/driver/bikertrash/f350-super-duty
