Re-torque suspension components; check alignment. Road wander seems to have improved over the past 1k miles however could just be me getting used to it. 75 mph coming down and it tracked OK.

First impressions (AAS to home via I35) with the new suspension are positive. Much more refined over uneven surfaces, expansion joints. Transmission rattle while in neutral appears to be nearly absent??? No issues with 55 mph in 6th, 4th very comfortable in the 25-40 mph range. Maybe a little more wander in the front? Slight pull to the left? Need to give the new tires time to scrub in to be sure. More to follow.

Changed transfer case fluid. Removed ~3.5 qts using a hand pump. Drain plug is frozen stuck. Replaced with ~2.5 qts ATF+4. At level the t-case would hold no more. Could class 1 leak be due to an overfilled tcase? Replaced ~1 qt power steering fluid. Removed fluid from reservoir using hand pump. Filled with ATF+4.

TRE recall complete 10/32nds ave tread depth at all 4 tires Blackstone oil analysis results: DAN: Potassium and aluminum were a little high in this sample. The worst-case scenario would be that they're from piston wear and coolant, but a better explanation might be flux from the EGR/emissions. We sometimes see that in newer diesel engines and it washes out before too long. Sometimes it even shows up if the emissions stuff is removed. The good news: everything else is great. Iron is impressively low compared to averages, which are based 6,800 miles. We would have expected iron to read almost 50 ppm. We'll just watch aluminum and potassium.
