Dec 3 2012

Employer paid for this fill-up. Had to use gas containing up to 10% ethanol because employer's gas card is not accepted at my usual station. NOTE: Just replaced my 225/70R15 tires with 235/75R15 tires. There is a 5.1% diameter difference in the tires, resulting in a speedometer reading that is 5.372% too slow. I'm due for an oil change this week- will get the computer reflashed at that service appointment. Total miles: 94,939.

Nov 19 2012

Regular fill-up. Had to buy gas at a BP station, so it contained "up to 10% ethanol" as the stickers on the pumps say. Will see if it makes any impact on my fuel efficiency. For now, this tank looks like a pretty lackluster one for me. I'm nearing my 95,000-mile service interval. Maybe that's it. Total miles: 94,564.
