Oil and K&N Filter Scrubbed windshield and flushed washer fluid tank. Refilled with RO water. Cleaned battery terminals and topped off cells with RO water.

Noticed significant sidewall damage to passenger-side rear tire while preparing to travel out of state. Decided to have tire replaced at NTB, since it was open and cheaper than the dealer’s price for the same thing.

Last free maintenance. The service advisor tested the car (for the suspected suspension issues) with Jason in the car, and the sound did not happen again. Since the warranty is 36 months/36K miles, we will continue to monitor it; as of today, the sound has not returned, despite the many tries to replicate it.
