Darrell replaced the pads and rotors I purchased on Amazon in the parking lot of Advance Auto. He was friendly, intelligent, efficient and affordable. 10/10 would recommend. Pads and premium rotors were $144. Darrell was $120.

Third visit to have the TPMS sensors installed the first time I went. I only needed to have one replaced initially, but it took them forever to get it up on the rack and then when they finally did, they told me needed to have three replaced. That was gonna take too long so I came back the next day after making an appointment and that still was going to take too long so I finally bought it back at third time and I had them replaced all four sensors.

Oil change, and tire rotation. Recommended replacement of front disks and pads, indicated rotors need resurfacing as they are wearing unevenly, recommended four wheel alignment although the automated system indicated all wheels are in alignment??? Recommended engine filter, be replaced, which I ordered immediately and will do myself and recommended clean, adjust rear brakes as there was no drag. When I inquired further, Randy, the service advisor said sometimes the express lube folks add things unnecessarily.

I’ve been hearing a grinding noise from the front left wheel, took it in and was told that the sway bar likely needed to be replaced. It’s replacement fixed the issue.

Had them install two new Falken Ziex ZE950 All-Season Radial tires purchased on Amazon, on the rear. I hadn’t noticed any additional road noise when I first purchased the same tires and have them installed previously but I definitely noticed the additional road noise this time.

When I had my oil changed at Reggie Jackson Honda they told me I needed to have the battery replaced. I purchased a new battery at the Walmart in Cary and had it installed at the Walmart in Fuquay Varina. The old battery, although not documented in this app, had been replaced in 12/2019, and was still under warranty so there was no cost.

Came in for an oil change as I was nearly 3000 miles overdue, also asked that they try and determine why the front left wheel was making a odd sound, I suspected it was a wheel bearing they were unable to determine what the issue was with a limited visual inspection. Recommended front two tires be replaced as the tread depth was at an unsafe level. Also indicated that the battery needed to be replaced as it was far below the standard and would soon fail.

Front left rotor was giving me a slight shimmy so I brought it in to see if the rotors could be resurfaced or needed to be replaced. It was determined that they could be resurfaced so I had that completed, as well as having the tires rotated, and the alignment done.

Joe Ruggles indicated the front break pads were at 3mm and needed to be replaced, and the rotors needed to be machined. Their rate was $273.10. My records indicated I had had the same service performed at Firestone in 2018 for about $155 so I declined the service. I also learned that their policy had a changed and coupons needed to be presented with the service person who I saw when I arrived. Joe told me he wasn’t aware of any competitor coupons, but he had a coupon that would lower the cost to $49 for the oil change. When it came in to give me the price he said he wasn’t able to find that coupon after all, likely because it was a new month and that it was no longer available. Lame.

Walmart installed the tires but didn’t balance them properly, mounting weight to the outside of the rim, where I then took it to Firestone who informed me of such, so I said fuck Walmart and paid for lifetime balance and rotation at Firestone so I won’t have to go back to Walmart again.

Replaced the blower motor which was making a squeaking noise, as well as the blower motor resistor, the cabin air filter and the engine air filter as well as the left rear brake light.

After having the front right tire plugged about two weeks ago it began to leak so I filled it with fix a flat which caused it to go out of balance. The tire shop would not put a patch on the inside considering that it was too close to the edge of the tire so I had to replace the tire entirely. In addition I also purchased roadside hazard for the tires.

On my visit I was told transmission fluid, spark plugs, serpentine belt, cabin filter and engine filter needed to be changed. I opted to have the oil changed and the rear windshield wiper blade changed.

When I had the oil change the other day they recommended that I replaced the cabin and engine filter's. I had purchased them previously on Amazon and so I reordered them again and replaced them today.
