This winter I had the back right summer tire replaced for free under the wheel/tire insurance. This purchase was for the matching left side rear summer tire.

Forgot to specify synthetic oil. Will only go 4,000 miles on this oil and change back to synthetic. Pennzoil used.

Had slightly scratched front left rim repaired. Wheel & tire insurance covered 100% of the $99 repair fee and $31.50 labor fee. Had right rear tire replaced because of chunks taken out of the treads. Wheel & tire insurance covered 100% of the $342 OEM rear tire, $3.00 wheel weights, and $31.50 labor fee. I paid only $5.65 in shop supplies and $33.29 in tax. A total payment of $38.70 instead of $514.44!

Front brake pads were completely used up, rears were fine. Did a full replacement with high quality Hawk HPS pads all the way around and upgraded all 4 rotors with SUPER high quality Centric brand slotted rotors. Free fix. Plugged hole in front-right summer tire. Out in 33 mins at a cost of $0. Learned mounting/balancing is only $60. NEVER GO TO FIRESTONE AGAIN.
