Engine rough and hissing sound with right turns. Fixed engine but still has hissing sound. Steering too tight per Bob. After repair done Bob brought to their attention the hissing noise and the mechanic Ramon said he did not know it was doing that. Think it may be a gearbox. They will call us back. Estimate $150 for part and an hour and a half labor. Also, they said battery was dead and had to jumpstart it when we picked it up.

Engine very rough primarily on acceleration but also felt on idle. Code P0302 - Cylinder #2 misfire. Added STP high mileage Fuel Injector & Carburetor Treatment from Autozone.

Bob replaced the wiring harness because clip was broken and loose. Causing oil gauge to drop to 0 when Idling. Also, replaced the pressure switch while everything apart - it was replaced under warranty from Auto Zone.

Free oil change for issue last time in December. Upon completion today found they again used 5w30 in error. Gio checked me in and I told him 3 times that it must be 10w 30. Giovanni young guy couldn’t get drain plug out so David had him drain from top with a pump. I had already been there nearly 3 hrs. Bob talked on phone with David about issue. Caleb assistant mngr already gone for day. Garrett was in charge told him we will come back when Caleb is there.
