Replaced the front passenger side brake caliper. Reused the pads since they had lots of material left. the caliper had seized on. New one purchased at NAPA and has a lifetime warrantee.

Used a NAPA oil filter and Canadian Tire’s Motormaster Formula 1 10W30 conventional engine oil. Also had Kleen-Flo valve lifter cleaner in the crankcase oil for ~2000 kms to help free a sticking lifter.

Replaced the rear windshield wiper of the hardtop. New wiper is a Canadian Tire Motomaster universal wiper.

Installed four new shocks, Rancho 5000X’s. One of the old front shocks was worn. The new shocks are providing a much better ride.

Had to replace the rear diff fluid in order to replace the wheel bearings. The spider gears’ teeth are showing signs of wear and there were metal flakes in the oil. The oil didn’t look too bad and wasn’t burnt.

Installed new wheel bearings and seals in the rear differential. The bearings are Koyo’s and made in the USA, 3 year warranty, and the seals are SKF’s, 1 year warranty. Bought the parts at NAPA. The passenger side seal was leaking.
