New engine, rebuilt transmission, new rear driveshaft, new clutch and flywheel. New water pump, thermostat, camshaft position sensor, crank sensor, exhaust manifolds, knock sensor, oil filter, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid. need to remove two broken bolts in gas tank skid plate

Inspection finds that rear driveshaft repairs a joint need to be replaced slop in the joint. Rear brakes will need to be changed at the next oil change. Drag link tie rod and ball joints lubed. RCV joints lubed. Rear sway bar links loop. The

New fox shocks rear shocks. New swaybar disconnect wire harness. Cleaned tipm box connections. No issues after cleaning connections D 45 circuit wire soldered

Replaced rear shocks with FOX 2.0 shocks Replaces wire harness for swayer. AFU. solder connections and shrink wrap. Note if replace this harness again splice into the wires, they connect to something else as well.

Front steering stabilizer replaced with falcon 2.2 system. PVC valve replaced really didn’t need to. Air cleaner changed over to open floor model.

Replaced tire rod end ball joints both sides. Front drivers side caliper changed. Front breaks replaced. Oil and filter synthetic. Added ½ gal of antifreeze to reserve. Death wobble gone as now. Tires rotated. Gas cap replaced. Have to clear gas cap code.

Adjust front tie rod joints and lube. Lube ball joints, pitman arm, RCV joints, and rear sway bars. Noted rust on drivers side floor pan, rust through. Ordered replacement floor pan. Checked underneath and found mud/water held in place against floor by heat shield. Also floor wet in front ... have to check by rear wheel well for tape missing over hole. Rear brakes replaced. Tires rotated. Oil and filter 5q synthetic oil 1 q Lucus stop leak. Replaced rear driver brake caliper mount

Rotation of tire, oil and filter changes. Adjusted tie rod on drivers side. Greased all points. Need to grease cv joints.. get separate grease gun. Removed rock rails.. some cancer passenger side rear. Look for new rock rails or sand blast old one

Replaced driver side lower ball joint and greased. Adjusted tie rod ends and greased. Replaced front upper control arms. Replaced passenger upper front control arm bushing with metal cloak weld in and brace bushing. Driver side bushing upper front not replaced yet. Needed plug for locker actuator, need to remover to replace. Death wobble gone noted front control arm upper bushings bad.

Welded on new lower front shock mounts from Rusty’s Off Road. Old brackets broke and twisted from metal clock outboard kit. New brackets are ¼ inch thick. Sprayed with body coat

Replaced oem driveshafts with rough country, put skid plate back on. Noted wheel hubs bad again both sides. Hub but loose on drivers from tightened, checked passenger side okay. Noted possible tranny fluid leaking from between tranny and engine. Looked like clean motor oil. Rear piñon seal seeping. Drive shaft lubed
