The car has 200,000+ miles. Regarding its mechanical side, I replaced the Timing Belt/Water Pump (along with Idler Pulleys and the Hydraulic Tensioner), Driver CV Axle, Transmission Filter and Pan Gasket, Valve Cover and Camshaft Oil Seals, Oil Pump Seal, both Swaybars and their respective components, all Coolant Hoses, PCV Valve, Spark Plugs and Wires, Front Brake Calipers, Front and Rear Pads/Rotors. Finally, all Struts, Springs, and Suspension Mounts have been replaced. I have also upgraded to bigger factory Lexus wheels (17") and wider performance summer tires, which resulted in a fuel economy drop.
As for the fluids, I replaced the transmission and the power steering fluids with AMSOIL's Full Synthetic ATF, the brakes were bled with Toyota Brake Fluid. The cooling system got a complete drain and refill of Toyota Red Coolant. I replace my engine oil and filter about every five to six thousand miles with "Big Brand" full synthetic oil and a Toyota filter.
I also cleaned my Throttle Body butterfly valve, and the Idle Air Control Valve. Just recently, I removed and cleaned the Mass Air Flow sensor and it boosted my fuel economy by a significant amount.
There are still some faults left to address, but overall the car is finished.
