3 fuel ups: 17/10 18:37 30/10 18:45 at Tesco Leicester!! 8/11 8:56 Various trips to MK, just after 17th, head gasket went, running but really badly, but drove okay at 60 home. off the road for 2 weeks.

Leicester to Gaydon (at a ton)... Then to Essex, with a (my new, unexpected) Red V8 behind me... That was subsequently driven down to Nick's on discovery of serious bulkhead rot, train back to debden, picked up grey car, filled up in Enfield, 5th, at 23:24. A late night back to leicester, arriving at 2 or thereabouts. Refilled days later when going to work in Milton Keynes.

2 fuel ups: UNIVERSITY!!!!! 2.5 or thereabouts litres from the orange car, and not a full fill up, 86805 miles. Journey up was a bit of a nightmare, M1 severely blocked, had to go through Northampton, through very blocked villages, car packed to brim. Filled up at shell before realising the esso tesco down the road is considerably cheaper. Had to take brother back home. 19th. Next fuel up - To home, then back when I got the car pass. Some time at 80? The car had free'd up pretty well by this point, though using some water, mainly due to engine sideplate.
