NTB was bought by Mavis in July 2023 and their system is being upgraded still as of 12/3/23...it doesn't seem like they have record of when I bought the tires from NTB Dallas in 2020, but he said the rotation is still free...?

Super Tech High Mileage Full Synthetic SAE OW-20 Motor Oil, 1 Quart Added 1 quart of oil when the dipstick was exactly on the low mark and it raised the oil level to about a quarter inch below the high mark... That means it loses a quart of oil about every 24 weeks or about 6 months.

Pennzoil Full Synthetic 0W-20 Motor Oil, 1 Quart Dipstick read a quarter inch(?) below the low mark so added a quart of Penzoil and it rose to about half way between the top and bottom line...will test the level again soon. When adding the oil with the funnel, I could hear the oil pan 'gulping' like it was close to empty and saw 2 drops had fallen on the cardboard... Apparently adding a quart of oil brings the dipstick reading from half way past low to right in the middle between low and high...

Free replacement battery but 24 to install so I just did it...NTB said the alternator was bad still and I need to go back to Firestone to have it checked...a couple hours later, Firestone said the alternator looked good and was working as planned...so I don't know

I forgot to tell NTB and they rolled down my driver window...I called Steve and he said it might be ok but to let him know asap while Paul is still here It should have been 3 days before the window should have been rolled down...

Firestone said to replace the battery soon (after the Alternator was replaced) but NTB said they tested the battery a couple different ways and it was good on 7/31/22

Took 6 hours to get everything done at Texas Toyota The Oil pan will need to be replaced during the next oil change...they put a temporary drain plug that should keep the oil from leaking for a while They recommend a brake fluid exchange...the current brake fluid is discolored and stained the sides...they recommend changing the fluid every 30k miles

Kenya from Firestone Grapevine emailed me a picture of their attempt...she told me that the back right wheel could not be aligned because it was frozen...I told her I would bring it back (after our trip to Branson)

Battery bought at NTB and was discounted $66, but I paid the $54 install fee so I tried to install it myself in their parking lot and the battery post fell into the engine (possibly all the way through)...NTB said the part is about $3 at Auto Zone so I drove it there and fixed it in their parking lot... The warranty is 24 month free replacement and 60 month pro rata 3/23/22 Battery was slow to start but NTB tested it and said it's lost a little charge in the last year but is at about 75% (probably because I haven't driven it much since I started working from home)
