2000 Beetle TDI w/135,xxx km as of Nov/14. Bought new in 2000. In 2001 had rear view mirrors changed to the new (2001 ) style because the original mirrors interfered with outside visibility, seeing pedestrians in crosswalks, etc due to their height and my wife being short (she almost hit a pedestrian just after buying the car). Since then this vehicle has never let us down. We love it. She had the front and rear grille blacked out to make it look different from other Beetles.
