Replace right headlight mounting panel, repair trunk wiring, replace trunk struts. Headlight mounting panel broken by PepBpys. Socket connector has a broken pin ☹️. Labor $250, Parts $205.62 Service Chg $15.95, Tax $16.96

Driver side headlight mysteriously broke during yesterday’s oil change. Penkhus said it would be $75+ tax to replace the one bulb. Pep Boys quoted $53.89 which is what I paid. It was a low quote as they didn’t realize what was involved in changing out a VW bulb. They ‘comped’ me an additional $51.20 in labor. Try to remember if there ‘s a next time!
