The Mighty Bora has moved on. I have handed her over to the new girl in the office. There are just a couple of issues with my replacement, but i hope to have them sorted soon. Bye Bye Bora, you have served me well.

1000 miles+ of trouble free motoring. Fingers crossed until the end of April, when she is being replaced by something a little more special.

She lives again, new sump fitted, running like new.

Turns out that the oil leak was caused by someone borrowing my bora whilst on holiday, and cracking the sump on a sleeping policeman. Nice of him to tell me though!!!!

update: a colleague went to pick her up, engine all sorted. as the garage man drove it round for collection, the driver's window fell out. common fault on the golf range. will definately be ready on monday!!!

update: she lives again, having lots of parts replaced including cat, gaskets (not specified), plugs and should be ready by the end of the week. woooohooooo

i think i have killed this car, its currently running on 3 cylinders and has gone for repairs
