Installed new tires. Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires to replace my stock Bridgestones.

Checked tires and the pressure was only 35 PSI. Filled tires up to 40 PSI. Will check pressure again before we drive up to San Fransisco at the end of the month.

Got a normal service at the VW dealer. They did an oil change, replaced filters and so forth.

Refilled tire pressure: Tested tires at 33 PSI on all tires. Door sill recommended 35 PSI for my car and the max tire pressure for my tires is 51 PSI.. so I pumped the tires up to 40 PSI for better mileage.

After filling yesterday I went about .2 to .3 miles maximum before remembering to reset the trip computer.

Just bought the VW and brought it home from Long Beach with 9 miles on the odometer. Dealer filled the car's tank up.
