Cost of vehicle: Original purchase price $500 Rebuild kit for the transmission including oil $200 Front and rear shocks/struts $200 Swaybar bushings $20 Front bearings $80 Rear bearings $30 Front drive axles $200 Lower front engine mount $20 Power steering pump $80 Belt $30 Tensioner $30 3 sets of brake pads front/1 set rear $100 100k miles worth of synthetic mobil 1 oil changes (6 quarts over 4k) ~25 oil changes at an average of $35 per. $875 1 pint can of rustoelum black paint for the roof $8 2 full sets of tires $400 1 crappy wally world special head unit $50 210k on this thing and its still going. Looking to replace it with a better turd soon though.
