stock FJ cruiser, full-time 4WD

modified with hydroxy reactor that puts out about 1LpM at roughly 20-25Amps. Previously it never got better than 19.8MPG with hypermiling... typically around 17.8 to 19.5 MPG. Has been getting 20-21.6 MPG with hydrogen, best single test 22.5MPG. still tinkering with hydrogen reactor so it's uneven output.
