On my second-career down in Florida, I pretty much drive to and from work and church. Few errands; mostly city (suburban?) driving on known, sane routes (drag racing stop lights does not appeal to me). I recommend that anyone who cares read the article on hypermiling, "Ease on Down the Road" in April 08's Reader's Digest, but read intelligently - there are hidden costs to some behaviors (multiple starts may reduce battery and starter life, for example).
