Computer logged 58.6 vs 58.9 actual. A/C was used very little.
Have settled on buying my gas at SAMS, using one or two of the pumps that have shown reasonably accurate delivery rates.

Onboard computer logged 58.4 vs 58.6 actual.
I have stopped taking a test gallon before fill to determine if the fill is accurate, and I am still questioning how accurate the pump is, and if I am getting a full-fill before cut-off.
It still appears to be close.

1st seg logged 121 on current fill. Air conditioner was used very little (Less than 10%) on last tank due to cool weather. On board computer logged 58.6 vs. actual 60.
Vehicle continues to perform fine. I have no complaints about getting 60+ mpg - OPEC,...eat your heart out!

1st seg logged 135 on current fill, highest to date. I continue to use more a/c and drive more aggressively than early on. A/C use continues at 50/50. On board computer logged 57.1 vs. actual 56. So far the A/C hasn't impacted overall mileage by very much.

More A/C will be used in coming months. Will be interesting to see how significantly this affects mileage figures.

1st seg logged 95 before click-off on current fill, lowest to date. May be caused by: 1. Incomplete fill, 2. Shortage of full gal by station, 3. Increase use of A/C. Last tank was even mix of fast/slow with about 30% A/C use.
On board computer logged 58.2 vs 58.6 actual.
I suspect use of Climate Control is this car's Achilles heel, both winter and summer. Time will tell all. Back to fill-up test.

I continue to drive this car very conservatively and use very little a/c. When the warm weather upon us, I anticipate the use of more a/c and a commensurably lower mpg during the summer months.

Latest on conspiracy theory: I appear to have been measuring incorrectly. Most fill-ups appear to approximate correct delivery, however, some stations are still shorting their delivery.

Conspiracy theory is getting interesting.
Consumption computer recorded 57.7 mpg on last tank.
Mid-fill test gallon was short 3 oz of full gal (2.34% short).
If test is true, actual mpg closer to 60.8.
Last segment of fuel gauge began blinking w/approx. 2 gal
left in tank.
If I did not get full fill, then 1st seg of fuel gauge will click off before I log at least 100 miles on new fill.
Last fuel purchased from different major brand station in St. Charles.

Onboard computer over-estimated mpg's by over 5.5 percent vs. actual! Still not impressed with computer.
Possibility exists that computer is accurate, and I may not be getting a accurate fill-up. I performed a test gallon during mid-fill, and noted almost 4oz short of a full gallon.
This translates to 3.125% shorting on every gallon purchased. If this is accurate, then actual mileage was closer to 54.4 mpg. This fill-up was purchased at major brand station in St. Charles.

Actual mpg was significantly less than what the CONSUMPTION computer has recorded.
Not impressed with onboard computer!
Have decided to obtain a mid-fill test gallon on all future fill-ups to determine if I am being shorted at the pump.
I have never been convinced that we always get what we pay for. How would you ever know, unless you pumped more gas than your vehicle's tank capacity. Perhaps the beginning of a monsterous conspiracy theory.
