Notes: I could have tried to get another 1/2 gallon in, since my ScangaugeII said i used 8 gallons. I used the same pump as last fill-up, put on slowest flow setting while I checked the oil. Realistically, used 8 gallons, but I'll go with what the pump stopped at. Next fill-up should be at this pump. Maybe I'll need to put in another 1/2 gallon to make up the difference from today's fill.

Notes: Odometer at 8,914 miles. Nothing special about this tank, other than one 4 mile 6pm trip that usually takes 15 minutes took 30 minutes. Dry pavement, still people couldn't drive effectively. Everybody and their brother trying to make a left turn across two lanes of traffic mid-block to get to shops. Also a 120-mile freeway roundtrip to Grandma's.

Notes: Odometer 8,591. Put snow tires on mid-tank. Brrr it's cold! So long 40+ MPG... until Spring. Filled up for under $20! Very little engine off while coasting to a stop since I now drive to/from work in the dark and don't want to risk a dead battery due to lights on. That, and Hyundai designed the 2008 Accent to turn on the headlights only when the key is in RUN position. Key off to cut the engine while moving, lights out! At least I won't leave the lights on when parked.
