MPG: gasoline, diesel, CNG, etc equivalency

It reminds me of "Back to the Future: Part 2" Soda/Beer can, some leaves... why not? :)

I saw an old F150 driving on the highway the other day. It had a sticker on the tailgate that read, "This Vehicle Runs On WATER!" I really am not sure if I believe that.
