Looking for real upgrade

I have been looking into the gforce chip to add to my engine. It seems to get good reviews on increasing MPG, 30 LB of torque, and 60 HP guarranteed. Anyone actually tried one and does it really work as advertised.
To make an intelligent statement about the new engine management computer you want, it would be helpful to know what kind of vehicle it will be installed in.
Being that they advertise the same gains for all the vehicles listed, it is unlikely that those gains are actual. They also state that you plug this device into the Intake Air Sensor for all vehicles, but most vehicles don't have this part. I think their claims are false, and I, personally, will not be buying it.
Waste of money
