Start Date for Reminders

Could we set a start date for reminders? Instead of just starting from the time you add the reminder?

I've noticed that if I add a reminder, or two reminders, one to do an oil change every 3 months, and one to do an oil change every 8000km, they start calculating immediately, or if you edit an existing remind it resets the reminder to your new value at the time the reminder was going to next occur.

I would like to be able to add reminder and decide on which date it will start tracking on, or when it should do the first reminder, just so it's in sync with the timing that I want!

This seems like it would complicate things without adding too much benefit. Reminders already have the option to send the first reminder at a specific number of miles, could you use that?

Can you describe a bit more why you want to add a delay based on date?
