Is there an option to browse all cars, or cars of a certain make by MPG?

So you'd like to see a list of, say, all cars that get over 30mpg or all Hondas that get over 30mpg?
We don't have a way to do that right now, and setting that up is complicated by the fact that even the same model of car can get wildly different average mileage. But maybe it's something that calculating the average of averages for a particular model could smooth out. It's an interesting idea, I'm just not quite sure what it would look like offhand.
