iPhone interface - I missed a fuel up check box is distorted

on iPhone interface the box to add a check mark to I missed a fuel up goes all the way across the screen horizontally instead of a small check mark box. It looks distorted once you add a check mark to it also since it stretches across the screen...

allow sign-in with user name

allow sign-in with user name. its a pain to have to enter my email address to sign-in on my iPhone to enter a fuel-up...
