couple of usability suggestions for "add a fuel up"

I just filled up, and here are my nits:
- It'd be nice if the fill up form was ordered price, gallons, then odometer.
- In the success screen, there's info about this fuel up, then averages below. The MPG for this fuel up isn't listed. It'd be nice if it was listed with the +/- last fill up. [more inside]
