bulk data upload

Well, that was a little misleading. Sorry. I had to manually put the data in, but hey, once it's there, it's there.

Yes, you can! Though I don't know how far back you can go. I was using Fuelfrog since May, so I just copied and pasted my data into Word and then added it all to Fuelly just a little while ago. It worked for me.
