Fuelly's EPA Estimates are Based Upon Old EPA Estimates

I'd like to see the newer EPA estimates as well, since they seem to be more realistic.

It looks like the formula is in the source code for the calculator page: https://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/calculator.html
