Extended fuel mileage plots?
I can't off hand, my experience with SVG was low level, outputing it raw from C apps. It's essentially an XML based image description language though so I'm sure that a) packages exist to automate basic graphing functions and b) from experience, it's quick and relatively painless to write your own as it's just XML.

Imperial/Metric choices for both distance and volume (separated out)
UK drivers also fill up in litres but calculate distances in miles. Here in Ireland we switched to KM but all our bikes are UK import so I buy litres but my trip is in miles.

Feature request: input "validation" override
A lot of bikes have a dual trip meter, especially older bikes that don't have a fuel gauge, you could possibly keep track using that and a post-it note?
Trip1: Distance since last stop
Trip2: Total since journey start
