92 vx code 41 48 and lights

Ok just got a rust free 92 vx. Dash lights didn't work so I had to replace all the bulbs and the dimmer switch. Fixed that however when you apply the brakes the dash lights come on and the parking lights also illuminate. Ok then after starting about 10 15 seconds later about the time the srs light goes out the check engine light comes on. It's a 41 and a 48. I have done the fan flow chart to check everything however when I got to the part about checking the terminals to ground the were all open curcuits. Then I thought I was not using the test harness and I the body of the ecu ground? It was not bolted in during the test. Please help. I have also checked the main relay an all the solder joints have been cleaned and resoldered. Thanks. Also the laf was replaced about a year ago but it is a no name. Anyone have a p007 they don't want or need? And a 5 wire for testing? Thanks. I'm not sure if they are realated problems or not. I know a couple of months ago the car had no check engine light. Also I know that the horn has been repaired. That's all the info I think I know. Please help I need the 50 mpgs.

So I put another p07 ecu in and even though that's what the fsm says it must be the 02 so please someone sell me one. Or lend me a very old tired one that just turns the light out so then I'll feel hood about the 350$ for a new one.
