Honda N600 with a Civic/CR-X Motor?

My question is has it ever been done? I currently have a '72 Honda N600 shell perfect for this type of project, just wondering if any members can provide insight / feedback on attempting this. I'm looking at maybe a 2nd Gen CR-X for the project.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Has been done. Nothing really just "swaps" in like 90's Civics.

This site will probably be your best bet for any details/information:
