Rim painting...

Guess who ****ed up my paint putting my tires on...Anyway, how should I repaint? Totally redo it and take all the paint off or just sand down the ****ed up areas and hit them?

I'm so pissed right now, don't feel like messing with this ****.

as for the paint i'd just touch it up. no one will notice from a distance.

soapy water

a little soapy water should help the tires slide onto the rim next time. I hear it also helps to seat the bead cause it allows just a tiny bit of wiggle room before it dries

that sucks about the rim

that sucks about the rim scraping. you'll be able to fix it up nicely though. just re-do the rim part (i'm assuming that's where they scoured it).
