Tuned my 93 civic dx today and was using a confusing chilton for procedure and if I understood rite it said to jumper the grn\wht and the brn behind the pssenger kick on 92s but not to on 93-95. I just warmed it up and set the time with no jumper and it seems to run fine. Someone also suggested to disconnect the neg battery for a minute after I was done to reset the computer. Any thoughts? thanks! Rick
You need to have the car warmed up and need to jump the wires in order to set the timing, otherwise, it most probably won't be set correctly. Follow the Chiltons, it should tell you the correct wires to jump.
