VX EACV Bolt Torque, Other Questions

I'm going to be removing the EACV on my VX to replace the filter (purchased a new filter and gasket for the job). However, on checking my Honda Repair CD, I could not find what torque to use when I put it back in. Does anyone have this info?

In addition, some posters have recommended using brake cleaner to clean out the innards of the EACV. Is this acceptable? Any chance it could damage the EACV mechanism? Should I lube inside the EACV after cleaning? If so, what type of lubricant should I use?

Followup Note: I did a Forum Search and found TomO's thread on cleaning a VX EACV (or IACV). Has photos and everything - I should be able to do the job using it. However, no bolt torque specs. Also the post does not mention lubrication after cleaning...

This is touchy stuff. Want to be certain the job is done right. I don't intend to pay $150 for a new EACV unless it is absolutely necessary.

No real torque specs other than about 20ft/lbs on those bolts, enough to be snug and not back out.

I've never sprayed any type of lubricant into the IACV after cleaning as that would attract grime immediately to the IACV, best to keep it squeaky clean

don't lube the IACV, just take it apart and carb-cleaner the bejesus out of it. for most parts like that with a gasket, tiny bolts, and less than atmospheric pressure behind it, I usually just do the 2 or 3 finger torque wrench... 2 or 3 fingers very near the head of the ratchet

I do a pinch grip on the wrench and when it slips between my fingers it's around 12-15ftlb
