Get a small portable dehumidifier like this: http://www.amazon.com/Eva-dry-EDV-30..._sim_k_title_3

No electricity needed. Just leave it in your car.

Oh! Well then I think the guys are on the right track with the keeping the carpets clean and whatnot. I know I track a LOT of snow in, in spite of rapping my boots against the rocker on the way in, and now use the heavy rubber mats with the deep ridges/troughs. They catch a lot of snow/slush/water and I shake 'em out in the evening. It seems to help. Also there are plenty of anti-fogging wipes and products out there but I guess I haven't used them as the ice on the outside is my biggest problem.

I'm considering putting a 110volt electric heater on a timer in my car. I thought it would be better than burning gasoline just to make heat.

On the fogging thing... I'm not having a problem yet but when the snow starts and I'm trying to warm my feet, there is a problem. I wonder how much a pound of silica gel would help. Any one ever try to make a dryer?
