Disk Wheelcovers

Any idea where to get some flat pizzapan (not moon) wheelcovers ?

iirc I got that link from DiamondLarry so give him his due credit .Yes those 'caps are about the best I've seen also . Any average do it yourselfer should be able to replicate them .

Jcwhitney used to carry them. They probably still do. They sell tons of aftermarket/replacement car parts.

There are rare times when I have to perform some repetitive heavy braking (I know, not FE friendly, but a part of some volunteer work).

I haven't heard much on the topic, but how about ventilation/cooling of the brake components? I've had warped rotors on almost every car previous -- and this one doesn't suffer that problem (finally).

I have had this problem mainly on front drive cars. More so with my domestic's. I think it stems from more from the rotors being to thin and most of all bad braking habits. I've had to turn the rotors on my saturn once already(there were warped from the PO). I also use a torque wrench on my lugnuts up front.
