Custome sized banner?

Is there any way to resize the small banner or create a custom sized banner? I need one that does not exceed 100 x 50 pixels.

Can you use the HTML code wherever you're planning to use it? You can change the size in the code- ex:
Copied from your Fuelly profile-

I have not determined a way to use the HTML. I did see other users on the site in question who appeared to use a different image for their small image that is smaller. I'll see if I can figure out how to do that.

If someone knows and wants to share, I'd appreciate that.

I found how to add a custom image, but it's still padded out to over 100 X 50.
