discrepancy between fuelly calculation and mine?

I was wondering if anyone could figure out what I might be doing wrong...
between my last two readings, Fuelly has calculated my MPG consumption to be around 25mpg whereas a "manual" calculation on my part figures it to be just over 30mpg.
Here are the figures:
my second to last reading was 3,981 km
last reading was 4,355 km
therefore, 374 km driven...
fill up at that last reading was 34.35 litres
MPG should be 30.68 mpg or 9.18 L/100 km
FUELLY shows 35.61 mpg!

Actually, when I switch my preferences to L/100 km for Fuelly's calculations, it seems to match mine (9.2 L/100 km). Is it possible that the site doesn't do the correct conversion?

Paul

When I first noticed the issue, I was set to "US" but when I switched to L/100km the consumption now seems to be in line with my calculations .. I guess that was the issue? I thought that the "viewing units" automatically converted the information I input...

Ok, I've finally realized that the issue is the difference between US gallons vs imperial gallons (I live in Canada).. and by the way, I made a mistake in my first post regarding the calculations from Fuelly.com:
FUELLY shows 35.61 mpg!
should read:
FUELLY shows 25.61 mpg!

Thanks for your feedback
