I am a Gas Cubby importer that once had created a Fuelly account, but never actually used the site until the app was converted over. I'm now trying to access my account, but having no success.
I've been trying for several days to log into the Fuelly web site with no luck. Each time I try to log in I get the same error "Error - Account has not been activated"
There does not seem to be any way to initiate such an activation.
So, I tried the FAQ and following those instructions I tried the following:
1. Change my password - that was completely successfully, I got an e-mail, changed the password, but alas, I still could not log in.
2. Try a different browser and delete cookies. I've tried Chrome (both Mac and PC), Firefox (both Mac and PC), and Internet Explorer (PC only). I deleted cookies, history and even tried incognito mode, but no success.
3. I tried logging in with just my user name and with my full e-mail address - no success.
I sent an e-mail to
support@fuelly.com about three days ago with no response.
I filled out the web support page with all of these details yesterday, again no response.
I'm at a loss to what I could possibly try next outside of creating a whole new account and abandoning several years worth of logging ported over from Gas Cubby. I just found out I can log into the forums, but when I went back to try the website again, same result.
Any help is most appreciated.
