When do these stats start showing up?

Should be by the third fill up measured by Fuelly.
If you are tracking distance by the odometer, the first fill up was just to set a starting point for the software, and wasn't a measured fill up.

I can't see any MPG stats on your page, did you mark them as partial fuel ups? Perhaps as a mistake?
