Confirmed: Make request form error

Hi, Good Day!

All links to submit a "Request Form" to add a type/model/make on "Edit Vehicle" page does not work and only shows an error HTTP 404.

I'm trying to request to add on Motorcycle Category > Brand Name: Kymco > Model Name: K-Pipe

The link http://www.fuelly.com/add/request-make.gas to ' Make Request Form' to add a type/model/make on "Edit Vehicle" page does not work and shows an error HTTP 404.

My motorcycle is a fairly popular model that you'd expect on the list, but it isn't there - a 2008 Honda XL700V/VA/Transalp.
