Q about GasTracker, can't connect with a 3GS

I have reset my network settings and rebooted several times but can't seem to connect to the site at all with GasTracker Tried both data on carrier side and data wifi side and can't ever connect to the site to make updates. Thank you so much for this app, I just can't use it on the road yet. Having to take photos to input later at home here on Fuelly from desktop instead of using the IOS app.
