Texts not updating anymore

Last week's fillup didn't come back to me. As if the server just never received my text. I tried about 5 times and gave up. Tried again this week and it also didn't work. Anybody else having this problem?

I checked my settings and my number is still in there correctly. Everything seems to be right (and nothing changed anyway). Any help? Any suggestions?

I just tried a text fillup and it works fine for me.

You are using 15035129929?

Please ensure you're using 503-512-9929 and try sending another (dummy fillup) and report back what happens.

Yes I double-checked the number (although I didn't need to because I didn't change anything) and I resent my last fillup. Nothing. No reply. It's like it never even gets the text.

Is it possible that there is a maximum number of fillups per account per year, etc? I have probably filled up 50+ times this year.

Not that I'm aware of (shouldn't be).
I'll dig into this and get back to you.

Who is your phone's service provider?
Also can you post a screenshot of the text you sent (and didn't get a response back)?

Service provider is Net10 (using AT&T unlocked Nokia Lumia 900). Unfortunately, the Lumia 900 doesn't allow me to take screen shots. Yes, believe it or not.

I did take pictures of the phone screen but there is no option here to attach them? Insert Image is looking for a URL.

SMS is working for me and I just confirmed we haven't made any changes to Fuel ups via SMS.

Try a hard reset of your device. But it sounds more like a carrier issue.
Quick google search shows Net10 being pretty flaky when it comes to sending SMS or other basic functions. I'd give them a call and describe what's happening. At the very least you should be getting a response back if what you're sending isn't matching to a vehicle, or isn't formatted correctly.

First, I obviously figured out how to attach the pictures.

Second, I reset the phone and got nothing. I then deleted the contact and reentered it and Voila! It worked. Very odd. Not sure why it would not have been working because like I said I've been using it for well over a year. Probably actually more like 2-3 years and have had absolutely no problems until this.

Not sure about that one. Glad it's working for you now though!
