Do you plan to die before you grow up?

That's my planz.

I'm asking if you're never planning on growing up, or if you plan to die young? Furthermore!

Hell, I don't know about ya'll but I plan to die young rather than in a 'gentlemans diaper'. On another note I believe the peak oil theory. I also believe in the string theory, but thats another story. I think we are reaching the peak of oil production and consumption. Somethings gotta give. Either way we're on the losing end. To bad the government to stubborn to accept alternatives/ temporary solutions to the problem. Instead we further discourage it by media blitz and ridiculous laws against it.

Nah man.. that is a total hoax. Err, wait a sec, what were we talking about?

Oh, if it is peak oil theory then I think that my answer should be yes. Are there still actually people in the world that DON'T believe it? I mean, that is on the scale of people clinging to the "world is flat" belief even after all of the American exploratory/genocide stuff that happened.

Fact is, there is a finite amount of fossil fuels.
Fact is, said fossils are going to run out someday.

Many say we have passed the peak, some say it is still a ways off, but one thing is certain, it is true, and most of us will have to live through it. Or die trying...

Define "grow up" and "young".

It's obviously going to peak sometime. The peak oil speakers think 2005-2015. All I know is gas/oil has gone up a lot in the past 6 years.

$1.30 gas and $25 oil. Those were the days...

Forget 2015.
Now sounds a lot more fitting to me.

Oil production may not have peaked yet (Matthew Simmons says otherwise) but demand is sure as hell outstripping supply. Really it was only a matter of time with a Chinese economy growing at >10%
