Civic VX Saloon

Just wondering if there is such a thing as a Civic VX Saloon?

Because I saw this:

And it has the famed VTEC-E engine

Yes, there are saloon version with the VTEC-E motor in Asia, the U.K., and possibly Australia/New Zealand. I'm a little unsure of what models are available in that last region.
