Exclamation For those with 92-95 Civic Hatchbacks with rust

Here is some info for purchasing some rust repair panels for the rear quarter panels:
212-92-51-L
212-92-51-R
Rust Repair Site

Click on "order by part number" button in the upper left of the page and enter one part number per line. The current price is $32.35 per panel, but well worth it. Shipping is pretty reasonable as well.

I have had mine on my VX for over a year now and they are holding up very well. I had a buddy cut and weld them in for $400. In the future I will do it myself as my welding skills have improved greatly since then, plus I really didn't want to try it out on the exterior of my car, lol. It's just that he had the flanger and I didn't.

I will be adding this to my VX lean burn post as well.

Hey Tom,

My 92 CX has some fairly bad rust at the rear quarters so this info was very helpful. Would you happen to have any pictures of what the repair panels look like?

Thanks!

The pictures are available for viewing on the site that I linked to. you just need to put in the part number and then click on the details button. I had really bad rust on my hatchback and it took care of 95% of it. I still need to replace some of the rocker panel right after the back of the door.

And yes, this is the cheapest place on the net to get these panels. The price will go up once more and more people buy from them, but in the mean time we can enjoy a little known perk.
