Gas Card Suggestions

Anyone have any good advice on which gas card to chase down? I'm assuming some of them have much better deals than others.

my dad has a BP card and its 6% off no matter what day or time. it doesnt accauly reflect the 6% diff right away, but once you accumulate $20 worth of saveings they mail you a $20 BP gift card, good for gas, snacks, anyhtign they sell in the store.

I'd be interested to hear what the gas card guru has to say as well.

The BP card sounds promising, but will it work with West Coast gas stations? I don't have any BP's locally here is Southern California.

I have a speedy rewards card from Super America. It was free to get and gets you 5 cents off per gallon any time you use it. You also gain points every time you use it at the store for anything else. These points can be use to get gift cards for free to spend on gas.

this card is not a credit card though, it's just a rewards type program.

ahh yea thier all over the place around here. if i were to get one id choose one that is along the way to the places i go everyday, like work or school or somehting. dont choose one that you have to drive out of your way to go fill up. if you travel alot choose one that is more ofa broader chain like shell or conoco so you can fill up almost anywhere.
